Flight delay footie discovery

Kate has officially discovered the magic of little-wiggly toes.
Everyone agrees that Kate turned a small corner in baby development on
this trip. Maybe it was the Kona sunshine or the near-constant
attention from the grandparents, either way Kate continues to get
cuter and cuter.

Aloha.

Breakfast at the beach

Saturday morning with uncle Jon and the family. We had a big storm
overnight and it looks like the weather will be beautiful for the
wedding later today.

In-flight awesomeness

Brother Jon ready for action

Pre-flight pep-talk

Heading out to Hawaii.

Here is part of the travel crew at SFO before the flight. Cranky-
gramps and Grammy-Sina flew up last night to increase our seniority
and chances if getting on. Everything is working out but it is making
plans B C and D moot.

Up with the early jumper

Our little Kate was so excited about her jumpy chair that she was
chatty all night.

Julie has gone back to sleep (hopefully) and I'm on jump patrol. Kate
might crash in a few minutes since she didn't sleep all that much.

Saturday morning with Kate

It was a beautiful weekend in the city so the Becks headed to Corte
Madera to do some shopping. First we stopped off at Baker Beach for a
quick snack and a pic.

Kate was awesome and we were able to let Julie spend a nice long time
shopping. She got two awesome dresses for our upcoming Hawaii family
wedding, so now she doesn't have to worry about looking nice.

Christmas with Uncle Mark and Aunt Melissa

Well, our little Kate is now a seasoned traveler. She flew from SFO to ORD (Chicago) w/ hardly a peep. It was great to see how nice she was on the plane and the folks around us commented on what a good baby-traveler she was.

Julie is out shopping right now and I'm home alone w/ Kate and she is in her "can't be set down" mood. So I am going to go play w/ her some more.

More later.
